"Overall Excellent! I highly recommend Carl's Foreign Car Service. My BMW needed a rear wheel bearing replaced (not an easy job), and I called four different shops to get quotes from each. Carl's Foreign Car Service quoted me a number that was HALF what some of the other shops were offering. It should also be mentioned that the other shops I called were independent shops (not a dealership) which specialize in BMW repair. Initially, I assumed that the BMW specialist shops would be able to get me the lowest price because they work on my kind of car every day and would be able to do it faster. Not so.  The book says replacing the rear wheel bearing in my car is a 2.9 hour job, and Carl's did it in 2.8 hours. Carls' was able to get my car back to me the same day, and were communicative and polite throughout the entire process. As a long-time car person and auto enthusiast, I would not hesitate in bringing my beloved BMW back to Carl's Foreign Car in the future if needed.
