You and a friend will learn to make chocolate truffles, mousse, or other amazing treats under the tutelage of the Chocolate Man. Bill Fredericks, owner of Chocolate Man retail shop in Lake Forest Park, has been teaching chocolate-making classes for 25 years. Learn to create delectable truffles or how to mold, dip or temper chocolate. Lots of fun!
