We are the Pacific Northwest’s original, award-winning traveling wood-fired pizza company, located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Veraci Pizza features a delicious ultra-thin artisan crust made from our secret recipe. Each batch of dough is hand prepared in a mixing bowl, never by machine. With a 3-minute or less bake time, you’re ready to enjoy fresh at it’s best in no time! We can’t wait to serve you! 

When we started in 2004, making pizza at the farmers market was a just a fun side-project. As the crowds grew each week and demand for Veraci skyrocketed, we quickly hired more and more people; mainly school teachers and returned Peace Corps volunteers. Throughout the years, our talented staff has made all the difference. Each day, we put our trust, faith and dedication into our team and they have contributed immeasurably to our amazing success.
