Coach Sammy Cribb is a professional strength & conditioning coach (C.S.C.S). He's coached athletes of all ages and levels, including kids. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for the NFL, MLB, MMA and NCAA athletes. He is Harding’s Strength & Conditioning Coach and also coaches the wrestling and football teams. Don't let his bio intimidate you. Coach Sammy Cribb enjoys working with non-athletes who are trying to lose weight, get stronger, leaner, healthier and more fit. He knows how to tailor a workout program to fit the individual. Sammy's step-son, Sebastian, is a HA third grader.
