Coach Emma Cribb is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, USA Cycling Coach and Endurance Sports Coach. She coaches cyclists, triathletes and runners. Coach Emma is a competitive cyclist, road and off-road. She also works with people with non-competitive goals, such as losing weight, getting stronger, leaner and more fit. Emma's son, Sebastian, is a HA third grader. She and her husband, Coach Sammy Cribb, have a 21 month daughter, Kira.
