Wang Vision is only donating a portion of a surgery ($1200).  The winner of the auction is responsible for the remainder of the cost of the procedure.

As a bidder, and if I am the winning bidder, I agree to and understand that this Wang Vision Gift Certificate** worth $1200 towards a 3D bladeless LASIK procedure, or a 3D Forever Young Lens Surgery, or a 3D laser cataract surgery*, all performed by Dr. Wang, is a gift certificate good for $1200 towards a procedure, and NOT a gift certificate for an entire procedure.  I agree that Wang Vision will not be held responsible for anyone bidding for and/or winning this auction item who thinks he/she is receiving an entire procedure upon winning the auction.  I agree that Wang Vision is only donating a portion of a surgery ($1200) and that the winning bidder will be responsible for the remainder of the cost of the procedure. 

* For cataract surgery, the savings apply only to elective portions of the procedure.
