Has your child dreamed of being a police officer when they grow up?  Make their dream come true with this amazing package generously donated by the Belle Meade Police Department!

This includes a tour of the station along with an overview of police operations here in Belle Meade!

Your child would get to spend a little time in dispatch observing the dispatcher dispatch any calls received and learn about what they do.

They would also spend some time with the officers who would show them some of the equipment that they use on a daily basis such as a radar and laser device that measures speed. We can allow them to check the speed of vehicles from our parking lot. Kids usually have a blast doing this. Of course no tickets are issued 

With a wavier we can take them on a ride-a-long with an officer who will give them a tour of the city and go show them some other services we provide while on patrol. Of course parents are allow to go along as well. We do not engage in any type of enforcement actions during these tours. Most folks plan on spending a couple of hours for the tour and ride-a-long. We usually have a gift bag with age appropriate items such as police stickers, coloring books on a safety etc.
