WHCS mom, Janet Nordlund, Certified Pilates Instructor, is offering one 60 minute private Pilates session at Pacific NW Pilates.   

She enjoys working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, body types and backgrounds and especially those brand new to Pilates or those recovering from injuries. I am fond of saying to people, 'If you can breath, you can do Pilates!' Fundamental to my Pilates instruction is focused attention to the integration of the whole person (body, mind and spirit). I really enjoy helping clients reach their personal fitness goals and experience better health in every aspect of their life."

Janet will create an initial personalized program. After this introduction both group classes and private sessions are available for purchase. Each class is 60 minutes.
