Join Mrs. Johnson, WHCS 6th Grade Teacher as she treats your child to a beginning water color class. Your child and a friend will be painting a cartoon hedgehog that is holding onto a balloon- a keepsake that they will get to take home.  Depending on the age of the child, she can tailor the class to fit their level of ability.  Your student will learn a few basics: amount of water to use, different brushes and brush strokes, produce different textures, and a bit of shading to bring depth to the picture.  The class can take place in a mutually agreed upon location.
