The Junior program is a blending of traditional and contemporary martial arts including Tae kwon do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Filipino Stick defenses, Jujitsu and Grappling. Focus is placed on learning and understanding martial arts ethics and traditions, teamwork, respect, non-violent conflict resolution and learning how to set and achieve goals including the goal of Black Belt.
