Relax in our mid-century home and guest house with courtyard, east-west facing salt water pool and spa that gets sun all day with great views of the mountains. Outdoor space includes fire pit, lighting, fan, misting system, and more than 30 mature palm trees. The house has nice, simple furniture and is very minimal/modern but comfortable. Travertine tile throughout, it is true indoor/outdoor. All main rooms in the main house open to the outdoors with sliders and the entire side of the living room opens to a covered area of the courtyard facing the pool. There are grassy as well as paved areas outside, with nice uplighting at night and view of the mountains from the spa. Palm Springs is pretty small and the house centrally located, about three blocks from the main street in Deepwell (a quiet, upscale neighborhood in the south end of Palm Springs). Just 90 miles east of Los Angeles, Palm Springs is also very close to Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, tennis and golf courses, spas, casinos, mountains, tram, etc.
