One week vacation in The Berkshires town of New Marlborough, MA. Ten minutes from Great Barrington and two miles from Butternut ski hill. Approximately 1800 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, on the Konkapot River. Security Deposit Required. The dates of the (7 day 6 night) week to be mutually agreed upon between the winning bidder and the owner of the house. Year round dates are available. This old New Marlborough home is in the hamlet of Hartsville, conveniently located 10 minutes from the town of Great Barrington where there are great restaurants, shopping, theaters and cultural activities. Some famous organizations include music at Tanglewood and theater Shakespeare & Co. in Lenox, dance at Jacob's Pillow in Becket and much more. The southern Berkshires offer wonderful hiking trials, lakes, skiing, kayaking, fishing and biking. The beautiful Konkapot River is on the property so you don't have to go anywhere to enjoy this wonderful vacation spot. Bald Eagles have nested nearby at Lake Buel and can often be seen flying over the house or resting in a tree near the river to fish. This home is a real get away! There is no television service but there is a TV with a VCR and DVD and lots of children's movies at the house. There is no internet access and cell phone service is only available with ATT. Other providers cell phone service is available 1.5 miles away. There is a landline phone. There is a washer/dryer.
