This is a cool hand-painted cookie jar by Clay Art of South San Francisco. 

These two "Cruisin' Cats" are having fun in an aqua-colored old car, with license plates that say "PURR" and a bird hood ornament.

There is one tiny chip on a tire near base - does not detract from overall beauty of this piece.
