Older Fitness Foundations addresses the special health and fitness needs of adults 50 and over. Integrated Positional Therapy is a gentle and effective assisted stretch therapy that relieves muscular pain caused by postural imbalances, repetitive strain, and other chronic conditions. Relief can be immediate and long lasting.
Woodstock Functional Fitness offerers individual fitness training in our facility or in the comfort of your home. Other programs include total body strength training, flexibility, pain management, weight loss, and sports specific training.
