Mainly Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio located in beautiful, historic uptown Kingston.  Classes at all levels are offered in both mat and machine work at both locations. Melissa Bierstock and David Loewen are Stott Certified Pilates Instructors with over 20 years experience teaching pilates and fitness, as well as ballet and other movement modalities.
