Amy Mosbacher, is a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist and Botanica Massage and Wellness owner. She strives to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and peaceful environment for massage clients to work in partnership with practitioner to bring about an improved state of wellness. She works through open communication with her clients to understand individual goals and come up with a plan to help them achieve these goals. Amy uses a number of tools such as Aromatherapy, Warm Stones of basalt and soapstone, Warm Herbal Compresses, and heat and cold therapies where appropriate. Whether there is a need to aid in the healing of acute or chronic physical injury, or a need to deal with issues such as anxiety and stress, Amy’s massage is one tool which the client can use to achieve balance and well-being in many different areas of life.
