Learn to make sausages with Joshua Applestone, owner of The Applestone Meat Company, and founder of Fleisher's Grass-fed & Organic Meats.
Participants will learn to cut, create and cure sausages.Two separate classes will be offered: the first will deal with fresh sausages and the second will cover with longer cured products.
Classes will be offered at the Applestone Meat Company location in Accord, NY.
Special Instructions
These are group classes. Dates TBA. Classes will be announced at least three weeks before start date and if winning bidder can not attend there will be the chance to reschedule at a later date.
