Our Fundamentals of Yoga classes give new students at YogaWorks the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga and yoga etiquette. It is a 50-minute session where you will get comfortable with the most common poses you are likely to experience in our regular classes. After taking a Fundamentals of Yoga you'll feel more confident starting your yoga practice. Our staff is always available to help you select the right classes to meet your needs.
