Experimental Station United Way Parking Space Guidelines 2014/2015

• FS&RE will contact & work with winning bidders to identify an appropriate parking space for use.

Previously used UW spaces with existing signage should be considered. 

• The final decision on parking space locations will be made by Site Administration and Roads & Grounds.


• A sign will be installed at the designated parking space:

Reserved Parking United Way Winner

• The winning bidder will have use of the United Way parking space for one year:   January 1^st through December 31^st, 2015.  Specific timeframe will be adjusted if necessary due to signage installation. Winning bidder will have use of the designated parking space for a year.

• A list of winning bidders and parking space locations will be maintained by the Site.

Existing signage for spaces that have not been awarded will be removed.

• Winners should have someone park in their space when they are on vacation or traveling, etc. so parking is fully utilized.

Note: If someone parks in your designated UW space, FS&RE is not responsible. Individuals should call Security to see if the vehicle is registered so the owner can be contacted and have their vehicle moved.
