3 Months of Unlimited CrossFit Classes at CrossFit Diamond State
This includes 2 weeks of required Element Classes. Elements is a required Program designed for a beginner CrossFit Athlete. We walk you through EVERYTHING you need to know about CrossFit – how to move, how to lift, how to climb, how to jump rope and everything else you'll need to know before you join your first class.
All CrossFit classes last one-hour, and in that hour your coaches will guide your small group through a series of functional exercises. We always start with a group warm-up to get the body moving and increase our range of motion. Then your coaches will explain the WOD (workout of the day) and spend time reviewing each movement and dedicate time for the class to practice proper and safe techniques. Once everyone in the class is comfortable with the workout movements (or their appropriate scaled movement) the WOD will begin!
Our programming helps athletes from all different fitness levels complete workouts in a way that's safe and motivating. Once you complete your first workout, you'll be begging for more!
