Delivery provided by Brennan’s Office Interiors:

• Delivery to be scheduled the week following the auction


• Delivery radius a maximum of 35 miles from Center City Wilmington


• Deliveries to occur during the week (Monday through Friday), during normal business hours (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM), with the actual delivery days to be determined by Brennan's dispatcher/scheduler  


• Deliveries are to be limited to the first floor of each delivery location


• Brennan's Office Interiors will not be liable for any damages during the delivery process


• All furniture is used and, therefore, deemed "As Is" condition at time of delivery
