Twin Lakes is a 26 BBL steam-fired, four vessel, gravity fed brewery. Beer is naturally filtered through its own grain bed and “Hop-back.” Local and delicious water comes from a deep rock well that has operated on the property for over 200 years. The water is perfectly balanced – pH and alkalinity. Brewing process uses only freshest American ingredients ‘ “fresh hop flowers” – no pellets!
