Yoga is a science for personal transformation. It is a system that has been tested and honed and perfected for hundreds of years by the great scientists of ancient India known as the Rishis, or yoga masters. Whatever your age or current physical state, a yoga practice can exponentially improve your overall health, including stress management, breathing efficiency, awareness, bone strength, and improved posture. Yoga can help you find real, lasting peace and happiness. Three yoga classes (total $30) are offered by yoga instructor Jing Li at ESL to support United Way.
