2 hour lesson at any of the local hot spots (Middle Run, White Clay, Brandywine, Fairhill, French Creek, etc) from a veteran mountain biker (John Wood) at a time/date of your choosing.  Preference is during daylight hours but a night lesson is also an option (lights can be provided).  Learn how to decent/climb hills, ride obstacles (ie. log-overs, rock gardens), proper bike etiquette and basic bike maintenance (ie. change a flat).  Must provide your own bike and helmet.
