Nick¿s Roast Beef opened its doors back in January of 1975. The restaurant was named Nick's because both owners are named Nick. Nick and Nick are still the current owners, and are involved in the day to day operations of the business for over thirty years now. Nick¿s is known for their hot roast beef sandwiches, which are always prepared on the premises daily.
