Susan McBride is a Lane Tech parent and a ceramics teacher at Lillstreet Art Center where she makes and teaches pottery, both wheel throwing and hand building. She also has an active studio there.

The winning student will attend and assist her beginning/advanced wheel class from 10am - 1pm, and can expect to help load a kiln, do studio tasks, or make work upstairs in my studio after class.

Strong interest in and or experience with clay encouraged and expected.  Student should expect to get his/her hands dirty with clay, work hard, and have fun!
