Nutrition Fast Forward is a nutrition consulting company based in Chicago, Illinois that specializes in family nutrition, weight management, food allergies and sports nutrition.  Rebecca Lepp Fertel, founder and owner of Nutrition Fast Forward, a registered and licensed dietitian (RD, LDN) and Lane Tech parent, is offering a one-hour nutrition consultation to the winning bidder.

During the consultation, relevant nutritional, behavioral and medical information will be collected. Together we will determine your nutritional and health goals. We will discuss how to reach these goals with small, realistic and attainable changes in your dietary patterns. Basic nutritional education is provided along based on your individual needs. A food log/diary will be provided along with instructions on how to fill one out.
