Winning bidder will receive one session of girls basketball camp.  This camp is for girls, entering grades 1-8 in the fall of 2015 and is sponsored by Boston College Women's Basketball. If your child is going into the 9th grade in the fall of 2015, you are not eligible to bid on this camp due to NCAA rules.  Valid for the Day Camp only (excludes the Elite Camp for high school students).

LOCATION: The camp is conducted on the beautiful Chestnut Hill campus at Boston College. All games and activities will take place in the Flynn Recreation Complex and Conte Forum, home of the ACC Boston College Eagles.

Elite Camp (informational only - also offered by BU Women's BBall)

Session 1: June 24 • 5pm-9pm • Grades 9-12 • $70

Session 2: June 25 • 5pm-9pm • Grades 9-12 • $70

*Attend both sessions for $130

This camp will focus on intense skill development for ELITE, VARSITY, COLLEGE BOUND athletes. Each session will include individual and small group instruction by the Boston College coaching staff as well as feature demonstrations from BC players.

This camp is open to all 9 – 12 grade athletes.

About the Coach:

ERIK JOHNSON

Erik Johnson is in his second season as head coach of the Boston College Women’s Basketball team. He returned to the Heights after four years as the head coach at the University of Denver. In his first season Johnson inherited a team which one only 7 games overall, including just two ACC victories. He led the team to 12 victories last season including 5 ACC wins and a first round ACC Tournament victory over Virginia. That win marked the first ACC Tournament victory for the Eagles since 2010 and the team became just the second 11-seed to win an ACC tournament game in conference history. BC came back the next night and nearly shocked the world, playing an outstanding game against 15th ranked North Carolina in front of a packed Greensboro Coliseum. In non-conference play, the Eagles posted statement wins over Rutgers and BYU and then opened ACC play with back-to-back road victories at Virginia Tech and Clemson. Those wins marked the first time in program history the Eagles won consecutive road games in the ACC. They also posted huge home wins over Georgia Tech, Virginia, and NC State.  

Johnson’s teams have consistently been among the nation’s best in field goal percentage, assists and assist-to-turnover ratio. Coach Johnson is excited to have your daughters in the gym with our staff and players this summer so they can learn how to not only enhance their game and become great players, but also help their teams become more successful.
