Description

Winning bidder will receive two weeks of Hale's Mountain Bikers Camp for grades 4-8.  This is available for any session (1 through 4 with sessions running from 6/29 to 8/21/2015).


Value is $775-$815 (depending on session).


 


Bus Transportation


 


Buses are included in the Hale Day Camp fee and are available to all campers during regular camp hours.  Buses are NOT available for Session 5 or Extended Day.


 


 


 



 


Mountain Bikers (MB) grades 4 - 8  


The Mountain Biker programs include 2 -3 hours of riding each day, as well as other traditional camp activities. Participant must provide his/her own bike and helmet. 


MB grades 4, 5 6 & 7 Session 1 & 3


MB grades 5, 6, 7 & 8 Session 2 & 4  


MB Campers focus on developing the basic skills of trail riding and safety. Specific skill development includes learning to read the trail ahead, riding the brakes downhill while standing, down-shifting while peddling up hills and maintaining balance on trails.   


In addition to enjoying longer rides and more challenging trails, MB Campers will be developing a “Skills Park.” Riders will also learn basic bike repair and maintenance.


Also, each winner would be responsible for the $75 deposit.

All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 5%, not to exceed $20 per item, to cover a portion of the auction transaction fees. We thank you for bidding and supporting the school.
