Acqua Hair Studio owner, Will Rogers Alumni and longtime Santa Monica resident Martha Padilla-Bruni is passionate about cutting, coloring and styling hair.  She has been in the beauty business for more than 20 years.  For the last 10 years she has been attending hair shows and taking advanced courses in Mexico, Paris, Barcelona, Puerto Rico and locally at Vidal Sassoon, as well as catering to her private clients in Santa Monica.  She uses Aveda, Artease, Obliphica and Goldwell products and color.

All along, she learned to listen carefully to her clients’ wishes as well as to offer her own ideas of what looks good, and wanted to create her personal vision of a hair salon.  In November 2012 she went all in and opened Acqua Hair Studio in the heart of downtown Santa Monica to serve women and men of all ages.

Martha pays close attention to the latest in hair technology and trends and is eager to convey her ever-expanding knowledge so that all her clients can have a great hair day every day.
