Ellington totaled 1,023 scrimmage yards (652 rushing, 371 receiving) in his rookine year in 2013, becoming just the fifth rookie in franchise history to surpass 1,000 yards from scrimmage in a season and first since Anquan Boldin did it in 2003.

Ellington was a star running back for the Clemson Tigers during his collegiate career and was one of only four Clemson players ever to record two 1,000 rushing yard seasons.
