Candye Kane's "Coming Out Swingin'" featuring Laura Chavez. Signed by the whole band when they were here for our House Rockin' Halloween.

Not since the days of Sue Palmer has Candye Kane had an enduring musical partnership like she's found with guitarist/cowriter Laura Chavez. The two only get better as they continue to tour and write together, and Coming Out Swingin' shows both ladies and the band in fine form with a nice, warm sound and a variety of styles, from swing to blues to rockabilly to zydeco to boogie.

Candye is still fighting the neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer she was diagnosed with in 2008. She is doing well but is on chemo treatments for a year in a clinical trial at Cedars Sinai hospital testing the effects of Tumedor on pancreatic cancers. Candye continues to tour and play music world wide as much as possible. Proceeds from this album were used for her cancer treatment.
