Ben Portman, Founder/Chef of PorKman’s Table Supper Club, and his team will prepare a customized seasonal menu for six lucky people at Dave and Marty Webb's home. Ben will have full range of the Webb's cellar for the wine pairings.
Ben recently appeared on the Food Network and was named to Zagat’s Top 30 under 30 list - Rock Stars Redefining the Industry - for 2014. Additionally, PorKman’s Table was named Creative Loafing’s Best Supper Club in Atlanta.
“Unlike a lot of supper clubs, we never started PorKman’s with the intent of growing it into a restaurant. It will continue to evolve and change, but the overall goal is to be cooking in some form or fashion, but doing so in a way that remains fun and stimulating.” Portman, a Pittsburgh native, is also a full-time financial advisor during the daytime. He has assembled a full staff to create multi-course Fight the Fright Sunday Suppers, seasonal meals paired with wine and cocktails.
Ben's amazing food will be paired with wines from Marty & Dave's cellar, in what should be an epic culinary evening!
Special Instructions
RESTRICTIONS: Dinner will be scheduled between July 1, 2015 and March 31, 2016 on a mutually agreed upon date.
