One (1) two-hour long Birthday Art Lab for up to twelve (12) children, 2-10 years of age. Birthday Labs at the Rubin Museum of Art are led by museum educators and include art-making time in the Education Center, an interactive tour in the Museum galleries, singing, and goodie bags. Choose from the following themes: Drum Beats and Little feat (ages 2-5) Super Sculptors (ages 2-5 or 6-10) Gods and Heroes (ages 6-10) Birthday Art Lab packages include: Exclusive use of Rubin Museum of Art Education Center Commons & Studio Museum admission for 12 children and 12 adults Thematic art lab, led by Rubin Museum Educators Guided exploration of the Museum galleries Crafting take-home works of art PDF Invitation template for printing or emailing Goodie bags with special items from the Museum Shop

Special Instructions
-Birthday family is welcome to arrive 15 minutes early. -Birthday Art Labs are two hours long. -Programs are designed for children ages 2 to 10. -Limit 12 children; ($25 per additional child, Maximum 15 children). -Consumption of alcohol is not permitted. -No outside food permitted, with the exception of birthday cake. -Booking subject to availability. -Must be booked at least 15 days in advance. -Overtime fees ($150/30 minutes) due the date of event. *Package does not include catering; birthday family will work with Rubin Museum of Art’s exclusive caterer Stephen Starr Events for any food and beverage needs.

This item is available for free electronic delivery or will be available for pick up at our storage unit at 43rd Street and 11th Avenue on Thursday, March 12th from 6pm-9pm and Saturday, March 14th from 10am – 2pm. Email eligible items will be sent on or before March 23.
