This listing is for Three (3) private yoga sessions with Nina Ota.  Whether you are new to yoga or have been a long-time practitioner, your practice will be enhanced with private sessions that focus on alignment (physical), flexibility, and building strength; and connecting your mind, body, and spirit through the SmartFlow Vinyasa (a flow yoga founded by Annie Carpenter, who has been featured in the Yoga Journal Magazine).
