Papa Cantella’s is a family owned & Southern California operated company specializing in premium sausages and prepared foods. In 1980, Tom Cantella founded this business with an Italian sausage recipe from his grandfather, and a desire to provide the general public with the authentic taste of the “Real” Italian sausage that was made in his kitchen as he was growing up. Today our current portfolio has expanded to over 150 formulas of fresh & fully cooked sausages along with many other prepared foods.

We do not use any MSG or unnecessary fillers. All of our products are made to order for each of our customers in our own state-of-the-art, U.S.D.A. inspected & approved processing kitchen. Papa Cantella’s facility and personnel are HACCP certified.
