A complete dance package!  You will receive a voucher for four (4) free ballet lessons from Collenette School of Dance.  Also, it comes with a basket of ballet goodies:



  • Baby Blue leotard - Danskin 2T-4T

  • Ballet Pink Child's tights - full foot size: SC

  • Liberts ballet shoes - black, size 9 


 

Special Instructions

Voucher good till December, 2015. All clothing can be changed for different sizes, if not worn. Includes boy dancewear.


Items must be picked up at Carver School or all shipping and handling fees must be paid by winner.  Donor and/or Carver PTA are not responsible for shipping costs, which are not included.
