Located in the heart of the vineyards of Burgundy, on the border of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, this estate was established in 1899 by Amable Désertaux. The area was then about three ha. It was not until the arrival of Bernard and Janine Désertaux to see grow to 12 ha. The installation of their children, Christine and Vincent in 1995 in 2000, has resulted in some very fine wines, and as they still fly under the radar, these are very afforadble, too!
