An interesting apertif, somewhere between vermouth and lillet blanc. The big idea here is to find a balance between overly sweet and overly bitter apertifs. It's got notes of grapefruit, apricots, honey, and herbs. And interesting apertif on its own, but perhaps best in a chilly vodka martini.
