Robert Sinskey's Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is a rosé wine from certified organic and biodynamic estate-grown Carneros fruit. It has been gently whole-cluster pressed and vinified as a rosé from the beginning, rather than saignée juice that was bled off of a red wine lot in order to concentrate the must.
