Hunnicutt is a family owned and operated winery founded in 2001. Their varietal driven production includes Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. The highly acclaimed and very, very talented Kirk Venge makes the wine at Hunnicutt, and his skill as a winemaker is reflected in these incredibly well-balanced wines. His philosophy of “making wine in the vineyard” can be found in every bottle.
The mission at Hunnicutt is to produce excellent quality wines while trying to make the idea of wine unintimidating. For the Hunnicutt family, wine evokes fond memories and is supposed to be fun! So that you can experience this first-hand, Hunnicutt invites the lucky winners of this lot to enjoy a private tour through their 15,000 square foot caves and production facility, followed by a tasting of their current release wines.
And so that you don’t forget your visit, you’ll also bring home two 750ml bottles of current release wines: the 2012 Chardonnay and the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Collection of California Sales Tax: Unless a valid resale permit is presented to seller prior to the sale, purchaser will be required to pay all state and local retail sales taxes applicable on the date of sale. Resale permits will be accepted only for businesses that are reasonably expected to buy and sell wine. Sales tax will be collected on the winning auction price of each lot that contains tangible goods.
