Lunch for Eight Guests in the Vineyards at the Historic Rancho Rincon de Los Carneros

Vanessa Robledo has roots deep in the Napa Valley soil. Back in the 1940s, her family came here as poor farm workers from Mexico, but with hard work and unique expertise in the vineyards the Robledo family established itself as one of the leading families in California wine.

Now Vanessa, her mother Maria, and her daughter Jocelyn are proud to invite you to Maria’s home and vineyard for a private tour and a sumptuous taste of the cuisine from their native Michoacan.

These three remarkable women will welcome you with a glass of Champagne and then share with you their family’s history, a story that reflects those of the thousands of Mexican families who came here to work, raise their families, and help the California wine industry become the finest in the world.
 

You will also learn about grape-growing and wine-making from a woman’s perspective, and over a glorious lunch, featuring Maria’s artful Mexican dishes, Vanessa will pair the dishes with Napa Valley wines that she created, and Jocelyn, camera in hand, will record the event, making this a memory that you will cherish for many years to come.
