Well, here is a really big collection of big bottles from one of the UpValley Family Centers’ biggest supporters, Chuck McMinn. We are ever grateful to the McMinn Family Foundation for it's support of the UpValley Family Centers and one of our most important partner organizations, Napa Learns. Support of these and other organizations in the Valley just makes our valley a better place to live, for all.
And, the wines are pretty terrific, too!
The beautiful Vineyard 29 Estate vineyard is situated on the hillsides north of St. Helena, facing east. In the words of wine critic Robert Parker, the Vineyard 29 Estate wine “…. boasts a beautiful Chateau Margaux-like perfume of flowers, crème de cassis, graphite, and subtle toasty oak. Beautifully textured, rich, and full-bodied as well as strikingly elegant and nuanced. Beautiful texture, medium to full body, and a totally seamless personality make for gorgeous wines to drink now, or cellar for 15 or more years..."
But that's not all! Your group of 4 will enjoy a behind the scenes visit at Vineyard 29, through the caves, to the wine library where you'll swirl, sip and taste your way through the magic of wine and food. Your Library Tasting includes a presentation of a mini, four-course menu on one plate, especially created to pair with the wonderful selection of Vineyard 29 wines.
It will be an afternoon to remember!
