Well, here is a really big collection of big bottles from one of the UpValley Family Centers’ biggest supporters, Rick Jones. We are ever grateful to the Jones Family Foundation for their support of the UpValley Family Centers and one of our most important partner organizations, Napa Learns. His support of these and other organizations in the Valley just makes our valley a better place to live, for all.
And, the wines are pretty terrific, too!
All Jones Family Vineyards Cabernet wines are made from estate grown grapes planted on their picturesque property located in the sun-drenched eastern hills of Calistoga.
Wine critic Robert Parker describes the Jones Family Vineyards Cabernet as follows: …“Sumptuous aromas of sweet blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit, licorice and toasty background oak… with full-bodied power, stunning purity, concentration, and texture…” This wine is indeed a sumptuous expression of its singularly magnificent terroir and superior winemaking.
In addition, schedule a tasting for yourself and a friend at Tamber Bey's Sundance Ranch in Calistoga, where the Jones Family Vineyards wines are made. You'll enjoy a Signature Series tasting, paired with savory bites. The tasting room is located in the original clubhouse of a world-class equestrian facility designed by renowned Napa Valley architect Howard Backen.
Afterwards, enjoy a vineyard tour by horse and buggy! Where else can you taste premiere wines, mingle with horses, and enjoy stunning views of Mount St. Helena and the Palisades?

Collection of California Sales Tax: Unless a valid resale permit is presented to seller prior to the sale, purchaser will be required to pay all state and local retail sales taxes applicable on the date of sale. Resale permits will be accepted only for businesses that are reasonably expected to buy and sell wine. Sales tax will be collected on the winning auction price of each lot that contains tangible goods.
Shipping or Pick up of Wines: Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Non-Napa County winners must arrange for their wines to be shipped from the storage facility at 55 Degrees, St. Helena, by Friday, February 27, 2015. If you're the lucky winner, we'll call you with directions for this.
Napa County winners of auction lots containing wine may pick up their wines at the St. Helena office of the UpValley Family Centers beginning Thursday, February 26, 2015. If you are the lucky winner, we'll call you with details.
