Erikson's Ice Cream in Maynard takes enormous pride in creating their old fashion homemade ice cream. Most of their flavors are from recipes created in the 1930's, including Apple Strudel, Pumpkin, Blueberry, and Peach. Erikson's has also added many new and unique flavors to their list like Rockin' Roll-oh, Coffee Raspberry Truffle, and their newest flavor, Avalanche.
