Chef Ben Elliott, former Chef de Cuisine at No. 9 Park, and owner of Concord's Saltbox Farm, is pleased to welcome the winner of this item to his new restaurant, Saltbox Kitchen, in West Concord (opening Spring 2015). Saltbox Kitchen, open 7 am to 7 pm, Monday-Saturday, will feature a farm-inspired and globally-influenced menu highlighting produce from Saltbox Farm.
