The performance is based on an American children's picture book and is sponsored by the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia. The Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia is best known for unique stage adaptations of children's literary classics. Their innovative puppetry, striking scenic effects, evocative original music and gentle storytelling have been applauded by five million spectators in fifteen countries.
