Description
Tim is an outstanding pianist with an upbeat personality.
This package includes 4 lessons taught at Nicholson's office on Barr Road or at his home studio in West Columbia.
Tim completed the BA degree in music at Armstrong State University, before studying piano, theory, and conducting both at the Debrecen Conservatory in Debrecen, Hungary, and Royal Holloway in London, England. He has served on faculty at the Community Music School (Philadelphia, PA), Heritage Christian Academy (Lexington, SC), and Ben Lippen High School (Columbia, SC).
Tim has served at a number of churches including the Hunter Army Chapel (Savannah, GA), Trinity Reformed Baptist (Joppa, MD), and Lexington Presbyterian Church (Lexington, SC). Recently, he spent summers conducting at the University of Georgia, the University of Michigan, and the
Crescendo Institute in Sarospatak, Hungary. He has written a series of nine digital music appreciation textbooks for international distribution through Dew Learning/Servant Interactive and in addition to working in music.
