This 5 bedroom, 4-bath has a private pool and designer decor. Take the stairs to the first floor and open the door to a spacious great room with beautiful hardwood flooring. The living room features a sofa with two comfortable side chairs and an entertainment armoire with TV/DVD. Large front windows lead to a slider door and a small balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen, defined by a dining counter with 4 barstools, borders the living room. Across the living room is a spacious dining area, which has a table with seating for 6. Also on this floor is a full bath, a laundry room with washer & dryer, and a bedroom #2 with a queen-size bed, a sleep sofa, an armoire with TV/DVD, and a connecting door to the hall bath.
On the second floor are four more bedrooms and another hall bath. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed and a TV armoire. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds*, a TV armoire, and a shared connecting bath with bedroom #5, which has 2 queen-size beds and a TV/DVD. The master suite features a beautiful king-size bed, a matching armoire with TV, two reading chairs, a walk-in closet, a large window with a slider to a private balcony, and a spacious tiled bath with a large spa tub, double vanities, a glass walk-in shower, and a private water closet.
An inside stairway from the first floor goes down to the ground level garage at the front of the home, and to a fully-covered and screened-in pool which is 18' by 7', which can be heated for an additional fee. You will also find a dining area with gas grill, in the pool area.
Crabline Court is in the Mid-Island area of Hilton Head, located between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation. This area offers proximity to secluded beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment centers. Chaplin Park, featuring free tennis, a large playing field and a dog park is located within a 5 minute walk. This home is equipped with a gas grill, if the propane of your gas grill should run out during your stay, please exchange the tank at any gas station and we will reimburse you.
*Two twin beds can be converted into a king bed upon request.*
The pool and spa can be heated for $500 per week (prorated for less than 7 nights). This feature must be scheduled prior to your balance due date. The pool/spa will not heat over ninety degrees.
Parking is limited to five cars.
