Special Instructions
Parking is limited at the location, but metered parking is available. There is also free parking nearby.
Winning bidder is required to obtain the appropriate insurance rider and your guests will need to complete and sign a Release of Liability form.
Event time is limited to up to four hours and must end no later than 10pm.
Mutually agreed upon dates excluding holidays, special events (including MB Fireworks, etc.)
